Project timeline

Located in Harrisburg, the property is near a fire station and within walking distance of school bus stops, offering both security and convenience.

The old oil heating system and fireplace were replaced with a modern air conditioning system. Additionally, the exterior siding, wiring, water pipes, drainage system, and windows were completely updated, enhancing the property's efficiency and functionality.

The property was completely modified, with kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms repositioned to achieve a more efficient layout. These changes resulted in four larger apartments without altering the original foundation.

The project took just over a year due to the number of permits required for the renovation and the extent of the changes made. However, the objective was achieved without any additional setbacks, keeping the budget on track
